PhpMyvisites in a renamed folder - Crawlprotect htaccess

Hello,

I use CrawlTrack (just updated to 3.2) and I use PhpMyvisites.

I use some plugin too, where Crawltrack and PhpMyvisites have the same splash screen.
Crawltrack is installed within the forlder of PhpMyvisites.
PhpMyvisites is in the root directory and is renamed to "statistics".

Crawlprotect is in its own folder (not renamed) in the root directory.

Now, I don't get statistics, because of the htaccess file, although I uncommented RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^(.*)phpmyvisites(.*)$ [NC] and below.

If I change "phpmyvisites" to "statistics" in this htaccess line, it doesn't do enything either... it seems to me.

Please help me.

Re: PhpMyvisites in a renamed folder - Crawlprotect htaccess

Hi,

First of all, even if you change the phpMyVisits folder name you have to leave phpmyvisites in the htaccess rule (it's link to the phpmyvisites file name and not the folder)

Second for phpMyVisites case you should only uncomment the line:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^(.*)phpmyvisites(.*)$ [NC]

What did you mean by "and below" ?

Re: PhpMyvisites in a renamed folder - Crawlprotect htaccess

Thanks for reply.

It doesn't work. No matter if I use phpmyvisites in the htaccess or not.
I mean I uncommented the first line and all other lines are uncommented below too. So:

#case phpMyvisites to avoid blocage of statistic count, if you use phpMyvisites uncomment the following line
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^(.*)phpmyvisites(.*)$ [NC]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^(.*)(%3D|neutral%3A|%09)https(%3A|smile(/|%2F){2}(.*)$ [NC,OR]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^(.*)(%3D|neutral%3A|%09)https%3a(%3A|smile(/|%2F){2}(.*)$ [NC,OR]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^(.*)(%3D|neutral%3A|%09)http(%3A|smile(/|%2F){2}(.*)$ [NC]
RewriteRule (.*) /crawlprotect/noaccess/noaccess1.php   [L]

I have 2 domains on the same server. On one domain is phpmyvisites installed and I track the other domain from there too.

So on my FTP szerver I see this:

Domain1
I__Crawlprotect
I
I__ PhpMyvisites
      I
      I___Crawltrack

Domain2
I
I__Crawlprotect

Statistics are blocked on both domains. I don't get visitor numbers neither for domain1 nor domain2.

Re: PhpMyvisites in a renamed folder - Crawlprotect htaccess

Hi,

Try to add the line:

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^(.*)phpmyvisites(.*)$ [NC]

a second time, just after line 65:

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_METHOD} (GET|POST) [NC]

Re: PhpMyvisites in a renamed folder - Crawlprotect htaccess

Thanks for reply.
I added the line. I will report back.

How often has "Rewrite Engine On" to be in a htaccess file? Because I see, it is more than once there and I have my own htaccess codes too.

If you wish, I can post my whole htaccess file.

Re: PhpMyvisites in a renamed folder - Crawlprotect htaccess

No, it still doesn't work.

I deleted the crawlprotect codes from htacces and then it works. So it is the problem with the crawlprotect code for sure.

Please send me an email to hunnenkoenig at chello dot at and I send you the file to your email.

I just clicked on the email link below your name. Maybe that address is invalid somehow.
