Wordpress and W3 Total Cache: a solution needed

I have just installed CrawlTrack on my Wordpress site.
But when I use W3TC ( wordpress org/extend/plugins/w3-total-cache/ ) with Page Cache Enhanced, the index.php is skipped and the html cached page is directly served.
W3 Total Cache works in this way: with the use of .htaccess it serves an html cached page if it exists in cache folder (so the index.php is skipped) but if there is no page cached, then it sends the request to index.php (and so CrowlTrack can work).

Any ideas?

It look like that it will not be easy but possible to solve your issue if you have access to your server parameters.

The solution is:
-have the cache script including in the html page the CrawlTrack tag (between <?php and ?>), for this you will need to dig inside the plugin code.
-set-up your server to parse html page with php engine (AddHandler x-httpd-php5 .php .html    in your http.conf for the virtual host used)
