different bounce rate

Compared with piwik the bounce rate of several pages is much lower. Can you explain the cause?

Re: different bounce rate

Hi,

No I can't.
As for all parameters each stats tool can have his own way of counting visit and so give diference form one system to an other.
The best is to use one tool to detect evolution and/or difference from page to page.
Comparing datas from one tool to an other is always questionning.

Re: different bounce rate

Ofcourse there might be difference between tools. But the bounce rate is supposed to show visitors leaving the website after entering just one page. So there might a slight difference. But a difference up to 80% is very confusing. So i'm wondering how usefull these scripts are. Because how do I know the reults are correct if there is so much difference possible in the outcome in one or an other script?
