Problem with referer

Hi There.

I have a problem with a referer and would like to block the url.
Is it possible to add this line to my htaccess beneath the existing crawlprotect code:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER}  softs32vn.blogspot\.com [NC]
RewriteRule  (.*)  /crawlprotect/noaccess/noaccess2.php  [L]

does that look correct?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Problem with referer

Hi,

It should be:

Code:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} softs32vn\.blogspot\.com [NC]
RewriteRule (.*) /crawlprotect/noaccess/noaccess2.php [L]

But why don't use CrawlProtect referer spammer blockage ability?
You have just to add softs32vn.blogspot.com in the htaccess creation form and the rule will be add to your htaccess.

Re: Problem with referer

Nikel;-)

Just one thing. I updated to version 1-7-0 and my graph does not show any hacking attempts. I did add this referer that I am having problems with when creating the htaccess.
Should the graph not show that this referer or site copier was blocked?

For sure my server logs show that he is still stealing my bandwidth with links to one of my images.

UPDATE:
Ah its ok I had to trigger the chart by using the test url as shown in documentation.
Now the chart shows up.

Thanks again!
